It was too smokey outside tonight to walk. By the time I went outside to get my walk in, the air smelled heavily of wood smoke. I walked down to the school, put on my mask, and walked back inside the house. I stuck my head outside our back door later and the smell was even heavier.

Went to the Farmers Market and Deep Roots Market yesterday morning. Got my usual hot bar breakfast of grits, spinach mini quiche, and veggie links
