Wednesday

Now that my other medical appointments are finally slowing down in frequency, I have decided my main priority now is to stay on track with dealing with my back problems in the hope that I can overcome this. I have a group of four weekly physical therapy visits coming up and a prescribed group of exercises to do daily.

What I ate today:
2 cups coffee
Rosuvastatin 5mg
Letrozole 2.5mg
1/2 almond poppy seed muffin
Amy's Non-Dairy burrito + 1/2 avocado
Ocuvite multivitamin
one 600mg Calcium + D3 10 mcg (400 IU) supplement
