I started today going to a lite yoga class at the gym this morning.
I came in and took a nap. MonsterMustDie got home and started raging at the machine again.
I went back to the gym later to try the Spin class for the first time. I made it through the first 30 minutes. I'll try it again and try to build my strength in my thighs for it. I also need some nicer butt-padded shorts for the hard seats on the stationary bikes.
I think the gym might become my place to escape from home.
