I was still a bit confused because the NP said the spot in my right lung had resolved itself.
However, the report says
"Slight increase in clustered and branching nodular opacities at the right lung base consistent with an inflammatory process or minimal infection."
I asked the PA who saw me yesterday and she assured me that comment was from the original CT scan back in February.
FINDINGS:
Lower Neck: Stable nodular thyroid.
Mediastinum/Heart/Esophagus: Normal size heart and great vessels. No
pericardial effusion. No coronary artery calcification is identified. . No
adenopathy. Small hiatal hernia.
Upper Abdomen: No significant change in a hypodensity in the right hepatic
lobe which presumably represents benign hemangioma when correlating with a
contrast CT May 13, 2025. Stable simple cystic hypodensities in the tail
the pancreas.
Chest Wall: Prior bilateral lumpectomies. Left axillary surgical clips. No adenopathy.
Bones: No suspicious osseous lesion.
Lungs/Pleura: No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Postoperative changes of
left upper lobe wedge resection, stable bandlike scarring along the suture
margin. No significant change in mucus plugging/nodularity in the anterior
right lower lobe within bronchiectatic airways. No concerning nodule identified.
IMPRESSION:
Prior left upper lobe wedge resection. No evidence for recurrence or
metastatic disease in the chest.

I was incredibly tired the rest of the day, probably from the sun in the car. The sun tends to make me very sleepy. I ended up going to bed a bit earlier.
