Slept ok last night after going to bed a few minutes before 9PM. I didn't have too many body aches last night but my Restless Legs kept waking me up. That's the price I pay for spending too much time in the car yesterday. That's still a lot better than my absolute inability to travel in a car when my back/muscle injury experience started April 13, 2024, The morning I woke up unable to move enough to even put on my shoes. I think I can handle travel now as long as I am allowed to make frequent stops to stretch and move my body.
I am still concerned about my Lab Results and Notes From Care Team yesterday.
In the first document from yesterday, it says
“No significant change in mucus plugging/nodularity in the anterior
right lower lobe within bronchiectatic airways. No concerning nodule identified.”
In the Notes From Care Team yesterday, it says
IMPRESSION:
...
"2. Slight increase in clustered and branching nodular
opacities at the right lung base consistent with an
inflammatory process or minimal infection. "
It is the words "Slight increase" that worries me.
That, it turns out, is a note from Comparison: 5/13/2025.
I sent a message to my Thoracic care team and the PA who saw me last phoned me back this afternoon.
My PA says it is just mucus. The lower right and middle right lobe of the lung is the most common area for mucus from aspiration, like the sort I have often when saliva goes down the wrong way, to settle.
