The electrician came today and replaced my ancient 1960 fuse box and re-wired the ceiling fixtures. He said some of the damage to the wiring looked water-related. Now we are another step closer to having the condo rehab finished.
Next is Monster finishing the walls and ceiling this week and the last part will be the hardwood floors next week. We are showing the condo already, even though it's not finished yet, and hoping for a good tenant.
